Could there honestly be a streak of modesty in an Abercrombie and Fitch male model? Absolutely, if that male model is Carl Arrell – an Abercrombie and Fitch discovery who appeared in the 2000 Christmas book. Unlike most of the males who grace the Abercrombie pages, Arrell kept all his clothes on his tightly toned body. Of course, he says he didn’t get paid all that well. Maybe the guys who disrobe altogether get paid more. Models who appeared on the Campus Men calendars of the 1990’s got paid in coed admiration and the product sales male models generated themselves among friends and family. Not a bad deal, really.
